Tulip Frame

I used a skin from a pour that I didn't really like on this little tulip picture frame that I picked up at Michaels Stores. I've been working on little things lately and am getting antsy to do something big. It's just that I feel I should start using things that I bought already. I bought this frame probably 2 years ago. I am such a hoarder for craft items. Oh well, keeps me busy! Enjoy!
