Spearfishing

Dad and Mom did spearfish back in the day, and we had plenty of good eating when I was in high school. They also caught lobster when it was in season. They gave a lot away to the folks they took out diving, but we had plenty in our freezer, too. I was tired of having lobster for dinner. How crazy is that? I really missed it when I moved away from home. My mom brought a cooler full of fish and lobster to Montana when I had our first child. Most of it made it. Some of it mysteriously disappeared during the flights from Marathon to Great Falls. Boy was that good to have again. I have never taken food (especially lobster) for granted since.
