Another decoupage project that grew as I went. I wanted to have the seahorse framed so had one in my stash. Then I thought, those beads in the bracelet that broke would be perfect, but where are they? It took me a couple of days to find them ( I was persistent). Add a few shells and you have a cute frame! Enjoy!
