I love how this technique looks. I first saw it being done by Rinkse Douna. Using a flat brush I layered the sea weed. And then painted on the sea horse. I used two layers of wood filler painted to fill in the sea horse surrounded by puffy paint. Then followed with the paints. Finally, I used UV resin to seal the sea horse and varnish for the background. I entered this painting into the ColourArte contest which ends tomorrow.
