This is the second runner that I painted. I hear that there is nothing better than running at sunrise. I’ll take it as true since I have never tried it and probably won’t. So, I painted a sunrise and used my paint skins from previous pours to make the body and shorts of the runner. Although a walk on the beach at sunrise can be quite wonderful. Enjoy your run or walk wherever you are!
