We had this car many years ago, that looked great, but ran poorly. The funny thing about that car is that despite running poorly, it ran and ran and ran. My husband and I joke that my body is like that car, it runs poorly, but it runs. There are so many things that I can do, that it is hard to dwell on what I can’t. Today, I had an additional reminder to be thankful for my health. A friend’s mother is in a coma on a ventilator fighting COVID. My prayers go out to her and her family, but I am also thankful for my own health and that I continue to run. Enjoy this photo and find your own reason to be thankful!
