12/15/20 – Hiding in Plain Sight – Do you see him? He is camouflaged pretty well. It took me a couple of minutes to notice him, a trumpet fish. This is the second one in Mom’s photos already. I don’t remember seeing one while diving way back then. It makes me wonder; how many did I miss seeing? And I further wonder, “How many suffering people are hiding in plain sight?” Unless we stop and ask, “Are you OK?”, they may never let on to anyone that they are suffering.
Teena Tip - check in on your friends and loved ones to be sure they are OK.
And for all those hiding in plain sight - the hardest thing to do is ask for help, but it is also the bravest thing you can do. Please, don’t suffer in silence – reach out and ask for help, please.
