If we just look at bit closer at someone with an open mind, you begin to see the vulnerability. This closer look can bring understanding and hopefully, acceptance. At a minimum, it can erase the hate or animosity that you feel. It also doesn’t hurt to look closely in the mirror because we all have faults and foibles that we don’t want to see. As Michael Jackson’s song says,
