Brittle Stars?

I am fairly sure these are brittle star fish (kindly correct me if I am wrong.)  It reminds me of the strangler fig tree that engulfs the “host” tree and takes it over.  I don’t think that is what is happening here, but it reminds me of it.  Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend and I hope you get to enjoy the reef!
