I’ve worked on this one, and gone back to it from time to time, but I still am not sure what this is. It is a close-up maybe of a sponge? Starfish? I also see a seashell, a hermit crab, perhaps? It is a beautiful, but a mystery to me. That is life, isn’t it? We can’t understand everything that we see, hear and experience. We can see the beauty that is all around us. We must stop and open ourselves to the beauty that surrounds us. We don’t have to understand the mystery to know that it is beautiful all the same.
