One of our distant cousins had a reputation of not being nice to animals and knocking bird nests with eggs out of trees. We took the family’s word for it and none of us kids liked her very much. David learned that she was afraid of spiders so it seemed like he would chase her with spiders every time she visited. I guess in his 10-year-old mind that seemed like justice. Enjoy your weekend!
